- Join me as I head to Harbour Park in Littlehampton to check out the fantastic variety of family rides on offer! In this vlog I share on ride POV's from all of the major rides at the park including the Ocean Coaster, Whirlpool Waltzer and The Water Chute! Along with that I take a look at the various different nautical themed rides on offer at Harbour Park and much more!

The South West coast is great for a cred run for any enthusiasts that have never been down that part of England before as there’s so many little parks along the coast including Clarence Pier, Southsea Pier, Funland Hayling Island, West Sands Funfair, Harbour Park, Brighton Pier, Hastings Pier, Flamingo Park and Dymchurch Church Amusement Park giving you 12 new coaster creds

Used to go here all th time because it’s really close to my grandparents house, I was about 8 and I remember that log flume being so much bigger 😂 🥹
littlehampton is my home town and fun fact the photo booths back in 2015 2016 you could actully see your photo on there
Every year I always come here, as almost a family tradition. Have done for 8 years! Keep it up

Harbour park used to be decent when it was called Smarts back in the day. They used to have a Huss Enterprise, Matterhorn, Wild mouse coaster on the roof and an octopus are just a few I can remember.

Hi shawn I haven't been to Littlehampton in years probably around 1987 when I was a young 17 year old. They used to have a lot of rides indoors then . The rollercoaster was on top of the roof . Looking forward to seeing the next vlogs. Thanks for sharing with us love to you as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Yeah that's when it was Smarts arcade. I remember they had a big creepy laughing clown in a glass box.

4:14 Oh my God, I remember riding that little car ride in the background every summer in the late 80s/early 90s. 😅 The waltzer used to be indoors, which I thought was pretty awesome. 👌

I must have first visited this park about forty years ago (yelp…). I’m fairly sure that same waltzer was there then, as I remember noticing those unusual brake levers on it. Back then, the waltzer was in the indoor section of the park, with the wooden wild mouse coaster on the roof.

I remember that when the coaster was on the roof around 1986/87 . I was a very young 16 / 17 year old . X
While you was down in the area I’m surprised you didn’t make a quick visit to West Sands Funfair, it is about 40mins west of where you was in Little Hampton and has another Caterpillar cred and a few other rides
I wasn’t heading that way unfortunately and only had limited time to do the 3 parks! I’ll definitely have to check it out in the future!
Thank you for sharing your interesting vlog about these hidden mini gems theme parks on the SW coast, I never knew they were down there as I used to had to travel from Essex on family day out to the South West Coast visiting my awesome Nan as she was extremely ill but we had no idea at the time she was slowly passing away from her heart condition, I think that was her wish for us to embrace those fun memorable times we shared, She loved living by the seaside, the most funny fondest memory, after every family Sunday 3course pub grub, visiting the seaside attractions- fun fair events going on awesome rides at the same time both my mum & nan literally sitting on a beach bench leisurely quite happy content eating her 2nd ice cream watching me, my dad and sister having adventous riding lol

Nice one for your support Shawn. We live in Worthing along the way and when my kids were very young it was a great mini morning out there. Now that my youngest is 1.2 and experienced The Wicker Man this summer, Harbour Park won’t cut it any more much. But yeah we do tend to visit there and the harvester next door too.

I’m 11 and I went there a few years back, and I would say anyone up to 12 would really really enjoy it. I loved the jelly swinger, waltzer, big slide thing and the water log thing. Although you need a spare change of clothes for the water ride because I was soaked for the rest of the day 😂

My home park when I lived in the UK. I rode their Pinfari Zyklon once in 1999 before it was dismantled.

I used to be taken to Littlehampton as a kid about 55 years ago when they still had a real Wild Mouse there.
The park has so much history!

You planning on taking a trip to Essex anytime soon. You got the new coaster at clacton pier. The best waltzer in the UK at Walton pier down the road literally a few miles away. And obviously the amazing adventure island.

If you love these little funfairs Shawn then next time you're in Norfolk you've got to visit the Rainbow Park in Hunstanton 🙂 they've had a lovely new helter skelter set up this year that came from Southport pleasureland and they've got a little coaster cred there and some great flat rides and arcades 👍 there's also been an old fashioned ferris wheel installed this year and a big wheel up the seafront near the oasis swimming pool, there's also a sea life centre and crazy golf next door to the rainbow park and a 2 story ghost train which looks fantastic! 🙂 it's small but charming 👍

I could do with this! For me, I can’t get bad thoughts out of my head. I feel like something is going to happen to the ride. Kind of like a fear of flying an aeroplane.

Please could you explain more about how the tickets work? Is it £2.80 per person, per ride?! If you do the £18 ticket for 10 rides, does that mean per person? Also, what is parking like around the park? Thank you x
It’s per person, per ride! There’s a car park located right outside the park!

Great vlog Shawn I came down here last month and I went on the log flume 9 times in 1 hour and I was soaked plus I think there is a bump at the bottom of the log flume it does get annoying I don’t know if you felt it
