    God is so regretful that I didn't find this channel earlier; it almost includes all the important cases for public law! It helps me a lot!

    Thanks this was great!! it really helped with my Public law paper on Case analysis of R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union [2017] UKSC 5.
    Any chance on one regarding procedural aspects of judicial review and judicial review remedies relating to declining an application to the licensing committee of the Council.
    Cheers

    Do you have any remarks concerning the Robin Tilbrook case.?

      Hi Karl. I am afraid that I don't have a comment on that particular case - as I understand it there will be an appeal against to the decision not to allow judicial review.

    Is this the case which is cited as R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the EU [2018] AC 61 [18]-[29](DC)?

    • @caselawexplained7319
      @caselawexplained7319  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is the same case as [2018] AC 61 but not sure where you have got the extra '[18]-[29] (DC)' bit from.

      Hi Ayaan. I am afraid that I am not in a position to offer 'so much help' - if you have a specific question you can always pop it on here if you wish. N
