This is what ICT said also:
"it's important that the drop reaches at least 50% of the total range from the smart money reversal to the sellside I'm targeting. As long as it accomplishes this, I have confidence that the subsequent rally will reach a premium array on the left side of the curve before the market makes its high and reverses. Why would it do that? Because it's part of a larger continuation. So when and how would I determine when it's going to fail ,that first leg of re-distribution on the sell side, if it doesn't pierce 50% of that range from the smart money reversal down to the sell side liquidity. If it doesn't do that, then it's not going to go down there. It's going to be a continuation of reverse and go the other way."
This is the key to his strategy to trade that 2nd acc/dist.

That’s funny because he said the same thing about his ‘One Setup for Life’ model.
A lot of it is just rebranded. Theres so many different ways to make money you only you need one. People keep coming up with new “strategies” because the financial niche on TH-cam pays fairly decent. ICT is making a lot of money on his videos with monetization

I would like to ask how I can identify Key level? is same as institutional level??
i wish u talked more about timeframe usage of it like last example was 1H MMSM what if i wanted to enter on the lower TF? i’d assume its the 5m but yeah very helpful video
he mentioned that this model can be found and traded on any timeframe, and since you are trading an almost direct entry model - you don't need to move from the time frame you are on once you see this model setup - he mentioned that you need to just enter right away after you see the failure displacement and the signal of the movement back into the direction of your target - hope this clarifies something

This is a great video thanks very well explained, when I am back testing, one thing I notice, is very often the high does not get taken before it aggressively moves away and this can be very confusing if that's what you are looking for everytime?

That is for framing the trades and then this is for the execution of those frameworks. Aka using MMXM 2. redist/reaccu to target sessions liquidity. And have SMR at Sessions Liquidity.
