Unusual seeing a 2 car garage on a German home. The radiant heaters are central heat and each is controlled individually. They actually make a lot more sense to only heat the rooms your are using or while you are in them.

You will only find built in closets in military housing. And the fridge is small because Germans eat lots of fresh food. I was raised as a military “brat” by a German mom and a dad who was active Army. And most German citizens do speak English but this will give you a chance to brush up on your German. Your children will love it there as will you. Enjoy your stay.
@@houseofklein6203 did the housing office find this house for y’all? Is this a private rental? We PCS there July 2022.. it would be nice to rent off post if possible. If you don’t mind me asking how much does something this size rent for! We are coming from a 2700 sq ft house.. thx:)
