The real reason people are poor is not for lack of money; it is for their lack of respect for money and those who have it.
Getting rich is not about how much you make BUT how much you can KEEP, and you can only learn this from those who have money.

Why are these defendants always quick to coming up with a 10,000 naira to 20,000 naira monthly payment plan? That means they can afford to pay more.

The defendant sounds so selfish in his explanation.... "I had a problem here, I had a problem there".... so the owner of the money has no problem to use the money on🤷‍♂️ ... when you do things with integrity and gratitude, you open doors for other people to helped by that individual...

my lord! I believe that even though there was an agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant, the total sum of owed by the defendant to the plaintiff did not sum up to the amount of 520,000 naira. I think the defendant is so broken and not in the right mental capacity to defend himself

In as much as it is painful for gym owner I agree with decision to either adjourn or throw it out. My reasons:
    1. It is in a way reckless to bring 120V appliances for commercial use in 240V Nigeria. Also the USA plugs should not fit the Nigerian socket. This suggests he made adopters available at the gym.
    2. You cannot attend a court to present an amount of money on top of one’s head. At least bring a print of the cost online.

Sometimes I can't have any mercy on some of these people. What kind of mentality donthede defendants have? They have no conscience. This mannish so selfish. I don't understand it. Why does he feel entitled to use someone else's money? He is a deceitful liar. How do you pay 10,000 Naira monthly to pay off 560,000 Naira? This is why Nigerians can't afford to be kind and generous. The people will take advantage. Also, the plaintiffs need to stop operating on word of mouth. Every time I see how careless and selfish the defendants are, I become disgusted and angry.

I HAVE MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCES EVEN YOUR OWN SIBLINGS DON'T TRUST ANYONE. You can dash money to help but don't ever LOAN money to people.
