- Vines, Vines and more vines! This house was covered. SO much work, but I LOVE how it turned out. The difference is truly amazing. The home owner had just received a "notice of violation" from the city and was worried how she was going to pay someone to clean up her property. She had recently fell on some hard times. So thankful that our paths crossed.

Sean, as I said last week, you're the #1 Landscaper on TH-cam. In my opinion, some of the biggest names have forgotten why they started doing this for a living and it's become more about just getting content out. No one I've watched takes the time to fix things, fences, hoses and socks in a drain pipe. Keep up the good work!
Wow. Again - thank you! For me, it’s what it’s all about. It’s like working out… You can exercise in it’s great for your body, but if you don’t eat well, it really doesn’t help at all. That’s how I view fixing the property as well. I want to get it back as best I can to where it was.

You’re THE BEST TH-cam landscaper/renovator I have come across! Al Blades, Blessed Boys and others are great at what they do but you have an eye for detail and don’t miss the little things. I love how humble and extremely hard working you are and that you go the extra mile to mend fences, gutters, expose entire driveways covered in dirt and sod, etc. I also love how surprised people are when you take it upon yourself to renovate empty lots and abandoned houses. Now this is what would have to be classified as a "Transformation Plus". All of the additional items addressed, such as cleaning the vines out of the chain link fence, including cutting out those portions that were growing through it, repairing the fence, cleaning out and restoring the shape of the gutter downspout, rolling up the hose and placing it on the shelf below the grill - all of the extra attention given to the job to make it exceptional. I follow over twenty people who perform this type of work. Not one has standards this high.

I had the pleasure of being a Union Carpenter in San Francisco 70s 80s and 90s we would rehab Victorians from architectural plans and I will tell you 100 % a house knows when it’s being taken care of and it appreciates it from the rudest hovel to the most spectacular mansion, they know.

I think that town has a very substantial number of elderly who could use about a dozen of you to help them rather than have them just receive citations or be forced to move into nursing homes. It would be a great ongoing project for a service organization or church to take on! I used to live in Spring, Tx and made the mistake of planting wisteria on my fence. Back went down. Vines covered the fence, ground, bushes, trees. You name it. My cousin spent probably six months removing them. The ones that come up naturally are just as bad. Love your content. Good job. Hope someone can fix that flat for her. She will love having her yard back. You put a smile on my face.

Still blows me away how you take the time to not only cut the large stems from the cyclone fence, but you repair and tie wrap the disconnected chain link to the top rails!
