What is wrong with America that they can’t find solutions to abandoned homes and so many homeless people? Is this a bank problem... perhaps our banks are a big part of this problem...
Your correlation is flawed. Homelessness is an issue for sure . However, a great majority of the homeless are in that situation due to the fact that they are financially unable to sustain a home. Rent or mortgage requirements being the two largest costs involved. Your statement seems to imply otherwise. There isn’t a lack of housing, it’s the lack of finances to support the residence. And a lot of the time it’s because the person is irresponsible in the handling of their finances. Does there need to be affordable housing ? Absolutely. Should jobs pay well enough to support decent housing? Definitely . Fixing the second issue will fix the first one. Until employers curb their greed and pay living wages and lenders and landlords do the same a permanent solution isn’t possible. Suggesting, as you seem to be, to just let homeless people take over empty houses is not a solution . Without the means to support a residence it is in fact NOT a solution at all. Push for legislation to force decent wages and prevent over inflated prices as the proper steps for solving the issue. In short, vote out all republicans who currently hold office and oppose fair social services and support corporate greed.

You did a amazing job. Sad so many abandon homes any they can't set veterans or homeless families in.
Best one yet
Wow. Thank you!
Fabulous job! That had to be really hard work, especially with the frozen ground. You pulled it off so well. I love watching your brain work. You think of such ingenious ways of getting the job done, no matter what. So sorry about the weed eater and rake. By the time Spring arrives you’ll have new tools, so there is that. Maybe pick up a cheap weed eater for a backup. Loved the video, and looking forward to back yard this Spring. Wishing you and your family an awesome year! ❤️
Yes, definitely going to have one in backup!!!
Sean it is a good thing you were wearing your "brick kicking boots" today!
haha, got a real laugh over here!
I hope young people will watch you and understand what a good work ethic is. I hope this work ethic will spread like fire!
Good job, like always.
You did a beautiful job! I’m sure the neighbors love it❤
Fun when you turn to camera and talk to us. You are doing good things!
You are without a doubt the most detailed yard transformation channel I watch. Thank you for the service you provide the communities and homeowners.
Wow just tooo goood ,very hard working, hats off to you
I saw an electric brush for sidewalks and driveways. It is an attachment so it may be gas powered, IDK. I think it could be very helpful on your driveways and sidewalks. I pray that Jesus gives you all the power you need and strengthen you as you scoop every stuck on vine and frozen grass lump. May you be blessed every day of your life for helping Michigan properties come back to life. Thank you.
Man, do you tackle some difficult ones, YOU DA MAN! You do great work, snow is coming through your area on Tuesday, depending if your upper or lower Michigan, I'm from Wisconsin, we're supposed to get 4" to 9" of snow, good luck, & on your team getting to the playoffs!
Thanks for the love!!
Very nice job!
It's a really a hardy job for you Sean. Somehow it's the spirit of an awesome person you're god sent to the community for your untireless efforts. God bless you more and your family. Be safe always love 😮
It takes real dedication to be out in 30 degrees to help someone's yard. ❤
One heck of a job Stockman!!!!! City should give you an award for this one!!!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
Well done Sir. God Bless
Truck, rake and whipper broke, praise God your wheelbarrow, shovels, hedger and blower still worked! You did a great job on this one. I would love to see the yards you completed in the past. Maybe next spring. Go Lions!
Excellent job as always! Little bit crazy as well 😂 It’s so cold out and you are still out here transforming these houses! Definitely a Blessing to the area! See you on the next one!
I agree a little bit crazy…
What a big job and so cold. I was waiting for you to make a fire. It looks so much better. Those vines would drive me crazy!
Very nice, sorry about the tools. Thank you for your hard work, cleaning up the cleaning up the community ❤
Wow!
My, God, but you are the most determined person with the biggest heart I have ever known and I’m 78 years young😂
Yup, that’s Michigan in the winter. Snowflakes are on the way. Your work efforts are appreciated and you amaze me. I was wondering how you would continue with your yard work in Michigan winters! Ok I am impressed!
I'm going to keep going for as long as I can!!!
