You said "they can get into everything and anything"... I believe you meant to say "they WILL get into everything and anything, despite your best efforts." ')
Do you have a raccoon? If so, would love to see photos of him/her! I believe you are correct! They are curious little adventurers, so they WILL most likely get into everything, so you have to be prepared.
My one male cat, Diego, he is a Savannah so crossed with an African serval and they can look like miniature leopards and are also very naughty. My other savannah, Mr Bojangels or Bo or Bo Bo is more chilled out. They both very clever, Bo opens doors and taps. They can jump extremely high, make different noises to the normal cats. We have an outdoor cage and walkways rather than letting them loose. Diego will hunt anything and is very destructive on wildlife, so needs to be under lock and key where Bo just chills. However to get to the point of high maintenance and behaviour, I now have child locks on some of my kitchen cupboards as Diego opens them and raids the contents. Especially where I keep all the kitty and doggie treat! My husband had 2 attempts at making his own “kitty proof locks” but Diego is far to clever so we have had to invest in expensive child locks and so far I’ve not had to keep up any messes that his made in the past whilst probably being high on catnip! NOTE NO ANIMALS WERE HURT DURING THIS TIME LOL 😅
Oh how cool! Thanks so much for sharing! Always best to spend a little more to protect your furry babies! We would LOVE to see photos of them both! OR you can go to our website: LoveFurryBabies.com and upload their photos so we can put them on our website! Thanks for the comment! :)
@@shayshay9764 good morning! I can appreciate that! However, it’s just a term meaning that you’re taking complete care of the critter :-) I hope you enjoy the video. It was a lot of fun to make as well as the book.
No, they don't.... we're the pet-human for the coon. We provide food, clean water, safe comfortable lodging and entertainment for them! We are the owned pet, not them. Just saying.

Magnetic child-proof cabinet door locks are essential! And they work very very well.

I heard racoons 🦝 need to have their tummies rubbed, else their digestive system can fail and cause them to die 😵 us that true? 😭
no one owns an animal.
