40 hrs of clinical work without pay is criminal and should be brought up in conversations across-the-board.

A super important consideration is the lack of growth in income. There is no performance based increase in income at all because the bottom line is every person with a license makes the company the same money. Unless you have the desire and financials to open your own practice or do extra side ventures, your income will not be keeping up with inflation. It just will not be easy to support a family with this amount of loans combined with inflation and the stagnation of wages .

Too many years, not enough pay after to be reasonable unless you sacrifice an additional few years after school to paying off debt and living in your parents basement and not doing anything at all. I would suggest look into skilled trades over PT TBH.@@nanaflyy

@@nathanielmartinez7878 yeah, it is. unless you're going to sacrifice everything you earn to pay off debt for 3 years and work your ass off while there are other professions that will bring you waaaay less debt and way more money... Financially it doesn't make much sense.
