Cuz I love you so much I don’t want you going through regrets.. I don’t think you should buy a house right now!! It’s really not a good idea!! I know so many people going through a buyer’s remorse. Homeownership is a huge liability problem it’s going to take so so much money from you, every homeowner can agree. Ask. You’ll feel stuck stressed and unhappy there won’t be any point to buying it. Especially if you’re buying with interest:( no homeowner tells you this now a days all they show and tell us how they bought a house which makes it so tempting but there is A LOT of headache that goes into. Plus if you decide to sell know that your going to pay way more money to sell it!! RENTING IS OKAY!! Until the market slows down. Live finically comfortable:)

Hey girl! Quick question! For the Supergoop PLAY, does it have the typical SPF smell? I know I may be in the minority, but I actually LOVE the way normal SPF smells and I feel like because most people probably don't like it, sometimes brands will try to mask the scent with other fragrances.

Not a strong spf smell, smells more fresh and floral in my opinion cause of the sunflower extract in it. But it’s very subtle
