Without having served a term or two in Omsk, you are nobody to judge them for being too "well fed". The prison inmates are in the penal system together with regular inmates, the prisoners of war are in military camps under the responsibility of the army and secret service, these are two completely separated systems. For example, Kara-Murza looks a shell of his former self, also Yashin, who used to be extremely athletic. Google them and read why they were in jail, what they've been through and how they were treated.

This, I imagine is difficult to digest but you can’t see change if you and your loved ones are dead. Hooray and wild applause for such passion. Most of us will never experience a true calling to promote change nor have the drive to do so. Stay safe. Enjoy family and be good to yourself. Allow yourself some pleasures. Even if we take the words of the speakers that Russians are against the war and no doubt some are , we are left with no choice but to fight as ifnthey weren’t because they are doing nothing. They write letters but they do nothing and will not take risks while Ukrainians suffer the most.
Are we expected to fight for Russians freedom when they are not? Are we expected to consider their suffering which is demonstrably far less than that of Ukrainians? Look at the people in other nations such as Iran and what they have sacrificed.
Today a young Russian pianist whi was against the war died in prison after a hunger strike. That young man gave up a promising career and made the ultimate sacrifice.
We should restrict Russians in all countries that support Ukraine. Under putin who has an iron grip and has subdued people through fear to act against their best interests and against humanity. We will NOT look away or stand aside as we did in 1939.

Why do you decide its mordor and criminal country?
Because they told you on the news? There is no more lawlessness in our country than in Europe. And order and standard of living are much higher in Russia, in addition to cultural values. That they imprisoned a bunch of European instigators of internal discord, it serves them right. Now let them sit on your taxes. You have “order”. You cannot destroy Russia.

I sympathize with everyone who wants peace in the world.
Therefore, I see that what Russia is doing against NATO's war in Ukraine can lead to a more peaceful world afterwards.
Before 1991, NATO was a peace organization but has become a war organization that waged war in many different countries and caused millions of people to die unnecessarily.
Without the coup d'état in Ukraine in 2014 that the US/NATO was behind and installed the new Banderas regime, there would never have been a conflict.
Therefore, I would like to see us Europeans demonstrate for peace and against NATO until NATO learns that peace is created with diplomacy. Unfortunately, we have had war-damaged EU politicians who have adopted the White House's so-called peace policy with war as the only tool.
The number one tool should always be diplomacy.
