You should completely ignore anybody that's telling you that you need to hurry up. Those people should not take up space in your mind. You take all the time you need to do your projects and if they don't like it they can fast forward or skip the video entirely and miss out! This project was awesome as usual!

100% THIS! I was just thinking of commenting the same thing. Stop appologizing for how long the video takes. If they don't want to watch all of it they can skip forward. I actually love, that you take your time doing your projects. I am watching your channel for years now and your videos got shorter over time… Don’t hurry anymore please. Btw. I love hearing you talk about cold rooms in winter. I have autumn here and I am dreading the winter. Due to heating costs spiraling I won‘t heat a lot, which means, my working area will probably have 17° max. For an Aussie (living in Europe because I fell in love here) this is arctic!
Clever idea.Not played that for years.Mum used to make up words and say they were real..So funny..I like the idea that it’s there and at hand,it’s actually one of the most fun games that makes you think.It’s turned out beautiful and I bet it will be a great talking point when someone visits too 🥰
Convincing the other players that your word is real is as much of a skill as actually coming up with words 😂

Many years ago I had a lazy susan version of Scrabble made out of plastic. I took it to a friend's house and forgot it in the back of my car. The heat from the sun warped the plastic and destroyed it. :( My favorite game. This is a beautiful version.
I also had one. The plastic was cheap and started cracking.

It's funny how you say 22-23C is cold, where here in Canada, that is a nice warm comfortable summers day LOL. Love the way it turned out. I would have never thought of doing this.

That looks just brilliant it looks like its been inbedded in silk. The one thing though is that never listening to people who are telling you to hurry up. You go at your pace and take all the time that you need

love the game board for your outside. if some people think you are going too fast then it is them that will lose ideas learning lessons if they are a beginner Just would like you to know that I'm a beginner and you teach me new things every time I can watch ❤
Don’t worry about people wanting you to rush. Show how to do it to the best of your ability. There is a FF button for a reason. I prefer when you show how you want it to be done. Slow down, do it right. If they have an issue with it, it’s on them. I love your work. It gets better and better. I think you will be happier if you slow down and enjoy what you’re doing. That’s when it turns out the best. And as you’ve said this is YOUR hobby and free time. Do as YOU see fit and enjoy your hobby. Hugs.

Julie I love the Scrabble board idea. I have been pondering for a long time about how I can make a mold out of my plastic Scrabble board that is on a turn table. This idea is so much easier. Love, love, love it.
Love this. My son watched as well and said " That would be cool for you to do with Monopoly, you could do that no problem." I politely said that wasn't going to happen I enjoy just watching Julie making great things and I will stick to my coasters and skulls lol. Another great video :)
You could always trim the foam brush to get rid of the excess resin and reuse the foam brush at least once.

Love this! I think an offset spatula or a silicone spatula would've spread the resin easier with very little waste, but overall, this is a great idea! My daughter would love this but in Monopoly form.

Hey Julie, did you know that there are actual Scrabble board silicone molds? 😉 Only disadvantage to those is that they only come with one mold for the tile holders when there should be four so you can do them all at once. 😅 Still, would be cool to make your own fully customized board, wouldn't it? 🤔 Can you imagine having the special letter/word score areas or the tiles themselves with fantasy film or something like that? 😍 OMG, or maybe a steampunk version with different gears marking the special spots? Oh, or little butterfly stickers or dried flowers instead? Seems more fun making the game than even playing it to me! 😂

Very cool! I have decided that a black cat hair will be part of my signature. No matter what I do, cat hair shows up. I am currently 3000 mi!es from the cat, I just opened a mold from sealed bag, in a sealed container, and there was a cat hair! I think they come through the aether

Such a clever idea and it turned out great! I’ve bought some large trays that I’m going to make into Lazy Susan’s. I’m thinking of doing a resin puddle pour in the bottom of all 3 of them. If they turn out well😅 they’ll be Christmas presents for our kids. I may do an Ocean scene in one. I haven’t done any of these techniques before😆 so, we’ll see how it goes. Stone coat epoxy has really good UV protection and it’s heat resistant to about 500 F. It’s more expensive than Let’s Resin but, if you want UV and heat resistant, it’s a good one. I don’t know if it’s available everywhere tho. Thanks for another great video Julie!
