I'm glad you edited in the part of having power at the plug, but not at the controller. That's more of less what I had, I did have power at the controller, but not enough for it to work - only about 7 volts. I couldn't find a break or corrosion in the harness back to the cab, so I spliced in a jumper wire from the truck side of the plug to the controller connection inside the cab. It worked. Your video helped a lot with the trouble shooting. Thanks.
I'm very happy to hear that the video actually helped someone! I have found that if you have some but not all voltage it is usually inside a connector. Either corrosion inside the connector so you cant see it or I also find that the pins inside the connectors become loose and no longer make a good connection. Glad I could help.
