Sir i have recently got my bike serviced at authorized centre they wrongly fitted the rear wheel. But now i got solution. Royal enfield really need to improve after sale services. Thnku very much. You knowledge is commemdable.

But I must give you a bit of feedback: I only understood about 80% of your english. I don’t speak Hindi so to me your Hindi accent is very strong when you speak English, you speak very fast and you do mumble a lot, which makes it even harder to understand you. But I guess there is nothing you can do about that except maybe slow down your speech speed. That’s my advice to you.

My personal experience is before chain adjustment it is very important to ensure that the chain is clean and well lubricated.

Detailed and great to watch as usual. How do you ensure that the left side measurement is same as the right side. I mean can you do it from left side. If you do it from right where do you place the screw driver as a support. Will help if you can show that part or post a pic of it. Thanks

Since you mentioned and I was hoping to see in this video, if you could cover chain adjustment for bikes with Hydraulic Rear Disc brakes, more specifically the Continental GT if possible. Though my sprockets and chain are maintained in good condition, the local RESC couldn't adjust the chain during my last servicing; It was either too tight or loose. So I've asked them to let the chain slack be left at the upper limit of looseness.
Also, if you could include in the video, how to tighten the chain by removing an intermediate link.

Sir, my 2009 Electra tilt right side little bit while riding and the Tyre wear is also much on its right side. We have changed handle T, cone set, fork check but still problem exist. Please suggest

And han or ek baat sir rear disc new models ko puncher hone se rear wheel nikal ke achi tarah fit nahi kar pate....so isliye bhale 3 mins ka video kyun na ho lekin rear wheel nikal ke fir set kaise karna wo ek bar video banaye....

I have a problem in my classic 350 ..which isnt solved on 3 consecutive services....gaadi bahut missi g aa raha he bhai...spark plug change karadiya.....silencer bhi ..kuch bhi kaam nahi aa raha hie..

Thank you very much for the informative video. Just a doubt from my side. My 2011 Standard 350 UCE's wheel does not get aligned if both the cams are set the same. Right now it is 11 on the right and 7 on the left. If both are set the same, the wheel points to the left. You can also feel the vehicle crawling to the left. The bike dives to the right if you take the hand off the handle bar. What could be the problem ? A bend chassis ? Thanks in advance.
One the plate on swing arm is bent. The cams where you are setting up has got a plate which is welded on the swing arm. Since its a plate so probably it is bent. Remove swing arm and check both the plate are in line or not. If not then you must replace the arm, even though you can remove the bend just by using hammer but I would not suggest that since it can create stree on it. Swing arm is not that costly. So check it and let me know. Thanks.

When I ride my TB 350 at about 80 kmph on the highway the rear end of the bike feels a little wobbly. This also occurs sometimes when the road is not very even. What might be the issue?
depends on may thing. bearing or swing arm or wheel alignment or tyre fitting or tyre wear an tear...

Sir my front tyre wobble at speed of 70 kmph and above. I showed it to a mechanic he said your rear tyre is worn out but mine bike is ran only 16000 km even rubber hairs on tyres are not worn till grip looks same as new. I aligned rims Also they are also up to marks. And all bushes are ok. Still wobbling is not going please help me sir 🙏🏽

I have a doubt generally we used to apply brake and then tight the brake drum but is that correct
Also before tightening the axle nuts we used to tight till 90 percent rotate wheel apply brake and then tight the nut. Is this correct ?

ZR1 Gamer sensors in bikes like lambda sensor, air flow sensor etc
venkatesh dev IIRC,Sensors are not repairable.Best we can do is cleaning and calibration.But once they are gone,they are gone.Need replacement.This is why the old Apache 160 Fi from TVS failed.
when i take a curve my back tyre goes in a differnt way like skidding ,also it happen on road cutting why does that happen ?

Sir,You can use Harpic Toilet Cleaner and Metal Utensil scrubber on the Exhaust Pipe or any other chrome part...But be careful.Should not let the Harpic to sit on the chrome surface too long.You have to scrub it hard and use a microfibre Cloth to wipe the surface clean.
