She resigned, which means she didn't lose her job, she can go anywhere and be a cop, your cop perhaps. That is why we need to fire these tyrants. Not let them resign. When you steal from your job do they let you resign? No, I didn't think so. 😊

@georgeLUVharrison resigning from your job MEANS YOU LOST YOUR JOB. It means your not working there anymore. Fired or not. They forced her to resign which means she would have gotten fired if she didn't resign. Gabeesh

@@johnnygoumba59 nah dog. Look into it. Fired for a cop is a big deal. Resigning means they just quit. It doesn't go against them and they can apply in a different state and or county.. Ya know if you quit a bank with a notice and tried to get rehired, they'd probably take you back. If you are fired it is hard.
Resigning is giving notice. You're not fired. It doesn't go against you. You literally say " I quit." believe me. Cops resign all the time and get hired in a week in a different place.

Keep in mind tyrants investigate themselves and more often than not ( not just what MAIN media shows) they find no wrong doing. Then hit me back up. Keep in mind.... Cops who have resigned are employed again somewhere else. You can find this on google.
Employees who resign to avoid the consequences of disciplinary action may cause implications for employers. In this blog, we’ll provide insights and guidance for employers dealing with these unique challenges.
If an employee is midway through a disciplinary process and suspects that dismissal is imminent, they may feel that resigning is their only option to save face and maintain their reputation.
Whether it’s better to quit than be fired is open to debate. However, if reputation is the employee’s primary concern, leaving on their own terms allows them to frame their departure in a more positive light to a prospective employer.
But where does this leave employers? Do you have to accept the resignation? Do you abandon the disciplinary process or continue full steam ahead? Do you have to provide them with a reference?
Here’s what you need to know when an employee chooses resignation during a disciplinary procedure.
Can I refuse the employee's resignation?
It’s a common misconception that an employee’s notice of resignation isn’t valid unless it has been “accepted” by the employer. The truth is that whether you want to or not, you cannot reject someone’s resignation if they have provided you with the appropriate amount of notice.
Notice periods should be laid down in the employee’s contract of employment. If there is no such provision in the contract and the employee has been employed for one month or more, the legal minimum amount of notice they must give is one week.
The common law position is that an employee’s notice is effective as soon as it is given to the employer. From that point onward, it can’t be refused by the employer or withdrawn by the employee without the other’s agreement.
You can ask an employee to confirm their resignation writing; however, unless this is required under their contract of employment, there’s no legal requirement for notice of resignation to be given in a particular form, and no requirement for notice to be given in writing before it takes effect.
Should I push on with disciplinary?
Whether or not you should continue the disciplinary procedure will depend on whether the employee has resigned with notice or resigned with immediate effect.
If the employee gives notice of their resignation, you should continue the process. It may be that they’ve committed an act of minor misconduct which only results in a warning, in which case there will be no repercussions on the individual. However, if the disciplinary process determines that the employee has committed an act of gross misconduct, such as theft, physical violence, gross negligence or serious insubordination, they can be summarily dismissed (in other words, dismissed without notice). This will supersede their resignation, and the reason for the termination of the employment relationship will be deemed as dismissal for gross misconduct rather than resignation.
If the employee resigns with immediate effect, you are unlikely, in most circumstances, to need to continue the process. However, you should retain notes of the disciplinary procedure as this will help you to defend any subsequent claims made to an Employment Tribunal by evidencing the steps taken and demonstrating that you followed a fair procedure. In certain circumstances (for example, when there is a safeguarding issue in the care or education sectors), you may still need to reach a conclusion and can offer the option to the former employee to continue to be involved in the process.

I immediately thought that seemed very out of place for someone getting pulled over. She seemed almost happy about it. Then after she revealed herself it made sense. It should be an example of blue collar solidarity, where the working classes help one another out when it's not a serious infraction. Not sure about a police chief using it though. She probably makes 80 grand a year.
I donate to the National law enforcement officers memorial fund and I have my sticker placed right above my brake tag, with the year written in big letters on it so they know I'm current. Idk of it will get me out of a minor jam, but it's a good cause to donate to, and I hope it will at least give them a little extra consideration for my situation if it's a minor thing.

Happens all the time. In California, look at the stickers in the lower left corner of the rear windows on vehicles. If you see a firefighter helmet, CALFire, CDF, or other badge type sticker, that's a "hands off" warning to LEO's. So are the expensive "1199" license plate frames that are given out by the CHP for a "donation." There's also a thing about putting a staple in one corner of your driver's license, so that when you hand it to the officer, the staple can be felt, signifying you are also a LEO. Officers who cite or arrest someone "special" or a family member of someone "special," can sometimes put their careers, not just their current job, at risk.

Tom, agreed. I was in a traffic accident where the other driver ran a stop sign and totaled my truck. The city had put the stop sign behind a tree and the other driver could not see it. So I got a lawyer and he filed a case against the city. What happened? Suddenly the city police were following me everywhere I went. I caught one in my backyard face pressed against my kitchen window looking in.
Coming home from college classes one night I got pulled over " for not having my headlights on" was the claim. I was cuffed and stuffed in the car no questions were asked of me, I was not read my rights nor told what was being charged with. At booking the cop gave me a field test, I told him I have a walking impairment from military service and sometimes left leg causes problems. I walk the line no problem.
I bail out and get a lawyer who shows me the charge sheet
      1.) Refusing to blow.
      2.) Blowing 0.18
Like I said, I had just left college classes and colleges do not serve alcohol in class or on campus.
Now I was not offered the chance to blow at the scene. Like I said it was out of my car, into cuffs and in his back seat. At booking everything was on video with sound. When I brought up how the charges contradicted each other and the cop was made a false report the judge said one thing " That does not matter. GUILTY!!"
Never again will I trust a cop. Cops treat and think everyone is guilty yet expect the public to treat all cops as if they are honest.

And that's been going on for decades, even as far back as the 30s. Seriously, judges could just sentence you without giving much thought if they wanted to, such as with Alex Jones. And that's despite the judges doing a lot of questionable stuff. Even parents can get away with far worse than their kids ever will.

Btw, I am a relative of a good TPD detective that tried to fix the department in the 70s by working with the FBI to hold the dirty officers accountable. He was subsequently murdered in his front doorway. His name was Richard Lee Cloud. His story is interesting if you’d like to Google it.

      Facts

    • @Steven-ux8jv
      @Steven-ux8jv 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Lol Leo's are the biggest gang in the USA.
Leo's can do whatever they want to civilians.
90% of thise employed by & for the people cannot even recite the entire first amendment, despite taking a oath to protect constitutional rights of citizens.
How can we the public trust cops if they don't even know the rights they are supposed to be protecting.
There is hundreds of videos of this sad fact on display , to back the above statements.
So what happens when Leo's infringe on constitutional rights ?
NOTHING, because the fact is when police, police the police, police always win.
As well if by chance a citizen does win in court to prove wrongdoing what happens to the officer's... nothing at all.
You see it's all about money folks, it takes thousands to prove innocents in court & it may take years to do so.
      What happens after that ?
Well it's no surprise that it's not law enforcement who is liable no the taxpayers pay off the suits.
Plus the entire justice system is set up to denial of holding officer's & courts accountable. And why not if it's all on the taxpayers to pay off suits.
There is no such thing as a good cop, because so called good cops back the bad cops eveytime.
Videos of this are abound across the nation. Do not believe the lie of law enforcement wanting public trust, as Leo's are trained to treat citizens as the enemy from recruitment on.
Go ahead and ask the next officer you meet to recite the entire first amendment ( of the Supreme law of the land our constitution) be prepared to be let down.
Oh and the same can be said of nearly all elected & unelected employees of the people, it is sad they swore an oath yet are ignorant of the rights of the people.
As a Constitutional rights advocate, I can tell you all this out of first hand knowledge, to many times my rights have been trampled on by Leo's just wanting to get an arrest to keep the public coffers flowing.
We the people absolutely cannot trust any law enforcement in out nation if they continue to trample on the people's rights openly.

    • @Steven-ux8jv
      @Steven-ux8jv 2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

@Timothy Barnes why would I , because there is thousands of videos to prove police are not on the side of the citizens.
The police swear an oath to protect the citizens, to uphold the constitutional rights of the public, yet 90% cannot even recite the entire first amendment.
Go ahead prove me wrong and ask a officer to recite it ( if you dare that is)
Ask any employee of the people to recite the first amendment in entirety if you dare , see the truth for yourself.
