Man this is what I have been trying to find for my daughter. She needs a lot of help with timing and bat speed in particular. She has great power, but her hits are just too far and between. Just can't get consistency in her hits. Thank you.

Is it better put the weight in handle or on the barrel at end or middle.

Hey Matt i would like to know if its good to load and release the swing with my elbow higher than my shoulder. I want to add yo my mechanic just relaxing my elbow behind. Greetings from Venezuela.

It cracks me up when Matt fakes a bad swing! His body language is what’s funny I think.😂

So my normal bat is a 34" 27 or 28 Oz. I found an old kid bat that is shorter (28") that is 18 Oz but with a weight it's perfect for my 27 Oz +20% (33 oz). Would that work, or is the shorter length a bad idea?

Shorter length is ok. We actually do drills with shorter bats to work on staying in posture

What bat weight should I use for softball? 5 ft 10" 200 lb.

Actually 6 is the magic number! Several studies show that your max speed/output drops after 5/6 reps when training for explosion.

I take it that it’s just dry swings when your using a bat with pennies taped to it? Some of the guys with fat contracts probably tape dollar bills to their bat to make it heavier! 😅
