    My body always wants to lean toward being overweight. I have to work pretty hard to keep it in check. I tried doing the excessive cardio 5 days a week thing, on top of all these crazy diets (carnivore, keto, blah blah blah.
    I just turned 39 and after all these years, I discovered the best solution for people like me. Eat clean, whole Foods at a calorie deficit (very little processed sugar and starch), eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (for organ health), and do functional strength training (sprinkling in some sort of explosive body weight workout once or twice a week). I go to the gym every morning, Monday - Friday, at 5:30am before my wife and kids wake up. I have a better muscle base than ever and it’s making everything else in life so much easier.
    Functional strength training has changed my life for the better.

    I was so excited to see you back. Can I get one of the work out programs? As far as videos I'd be interested in seeing what you do for meals and the smoothies you do/ when and how much to use
