When i played the game it was actually like 80%, and the times he missed was because i shoot him out of the map. Out of all characters Masquerade always had the strongest and smartest AI but yeah he still had his dumb moments, the one with the dumbest AI in my game was Dan, almost every time he missed. But i guess the AI is different for each game(I played the wii version)
