I know, i’m given this comment later but i thought it’s worth to try so my answer would be: 21.35 ct.
Explanation: i’ve match your hand size with mine and take a screenshot and calculated the width of 18mm so as per the precision cut it has the depth of 59 to 60 % so 10.8mm by using this in calculations i’ve get 21.35 ct. as my result.

Lets look at actual "like for like." The precision cut stone is a completly different cut. Its an unfair comparison with standard round brilliants.
