Elf race is decent at dmg low speed but highest qi gain in the game so yeah. Dragon is balanced and has good dmg.

Its a multiplier for ur qi gain. 20x means 20x faster qi gain. 20x is like 2% chance tho consider that when spinning so u should get like 17-18+
