Running multiple iterations with the same customer is difficult due to time constraint. What do you do if the customer does not like your pricing model? Do you keep options for other pricing models open as a back-up during the meeting? Similarly wrt pricing do you start the negotiation in the meeting to understand how much are they willing to pay?
