How to make an easy Pasta Norcina ! Few ingredients but packed with flavor for any meal

  • An italian pasta dish that flies under the radar. The only difficult thing about making this dish is having the patience to wait for the sauce to reduce, other than that, its quite simple to make. It only requires very few ingredients to buy as most are probably common goods that are in your pantry. The first time Ive had this dish is when I made this video! and Im so impressed with the results that its definitely making it to the rotation!
    Ingredients:
    1 diced small onion
    3 garlic cloves sliced
    Approx. 100 grams of mushrooms
    1/2 teaspoon of thyme
    1/2 teaspoon of oregano
    Olive oil
    Approx. 1 - 1.5 lbs of ground italian sausage (mild or hot, up to you!)
    Small knob of butter
    1/2 cup of white wine
    Approx 1/2 of grated parmesan cheese for cooking and garnish
    1 1/2 cup of full cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    About 200 grams of rigatoni pasta (or any similar tube pasta with grooves)
    a little bit of chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons worth
    This serves for about 4 people

    I will try it this weekend. Looks like an easy yummy dinner. Is there a substitute for the white wine?

      Probably chicken broth or beef broth would be ok. Chicken is more neutral while the beef is a tad tastier.
