Funny how years ago South Park did an episode on Walmart because it was getting very popular and displacing local business. Now, years later, they did the same with Amazon!

This episode is the perfect mix of classic South Park (2D paper, generic stock music, Chef) and beginnings of what was to become modern South Park

Childishly Beating Each Other.
Seasons 7-9 were peak South Park. Most of the key characters and humour style were established but they it still had some of the old simple charm left.

The Walmart expansion only matters for small towns where everyone knows each other and all shopping is done in the town center. Walmart would destroy the charm there. In cities, and suburbs where I don't know who lives at the end of the block, having a one stop shop with low prices is actually convenient. And, as far as I recall, the scare that they "drive out local businesses and then increase prices" never happened in cities.
i don't know about you, but if im destroying walmart then im looting it as well, lower prices are none of my concern because it will all be free while the place is coming down
