Hello, there. I have to say I stumbled across your page while searching YT trying to find the proper explanation for mortgage interest with intentions to strategize going into a multifamily as a first time home buyer; just seeking information and learning at the moment. That was 24hrs and 5 videos ago. You have me in a chokehold and whatever course you mentioned about learning more about taxes and how they can work for me, I'll most likely be signing up. Here I am, excited to go through your catalog to create a strategy, lol. Thank you sir, keep doing what your doing and sharing info how your sharing. -Brit. Karlton: I am a real estate agent and hope to build passive income with investments, etc. I have an LLC, but have had no real income in that LLC. I'm thinking of converting it to an S Corp, but I'm wondering if I should keep my current LLC (calling it my "business") and create a new entity as an S Corp UNDER the existing LLC. In other words, do I need two entities, or just one?
I'm not sure what to do since I retired after 31yrs. on a job. Receving a 1099 now and have to pay my own taxes at the end of the year. People have mentioned for me to get a LLC in order to reduce my taxes I have to pay back. I own my home, paying on an auto and retired. Need advice on what I could do to making more money & paying the minimum taxes while being retired.
hello Mr Karllton Dennis. I am wanting to start up a Microgreens business a LLC is not needed because it's it covered under the cottage law here in Oklahoma. But my question is would there be any Bennetts tax or other of putting my business in a LLC.
One thing I am having trouble wrapping my head around. What is Startup cost and what is normal operational deductions? Is it that startup costs happen before the LLC is formed and everything else that happens after the LLC is formed is operational cost? or Do I lose operational deductions in the first year?
My family is thinking about starting a indoor mini tent rental for kids 5 and up, but startup cost would be more than the $5,000 that you get for an LLC. Is there a way to get more of the cost covered?
I have a Trademark, I'm working on intent to use. I've purchased software, laptops and equipment to go with my work flow. I did all this before I wanted to start a business. Can these items be a tax write off if not purchased this year?
I’m starting a business LLC I don’t have any income yet do you think I should wait until I have some money to file the paperwork for a LLC. Just file it and start looking for clients. Just to be on the safe side?
