Destiny is set seven hundred years into the future in a post-apocalyptic setting following a prosperous period of exploration, peace and technological advancement known as the Golden Age. In a universe where humans have spread out and colonized planets in the Solar System, an event known as "the Collapse" saw the mysterious dissolution of these colonies, the end of the Golden Age, and mankind teetering on the brink of extinction. The only known survivors of the Collapse are those living on Earth, who were saved by "the Traveler", a white, spherical celestial body whose appearance centuries before had enabled humans to reach the stars. The Traveller now hovers above the last remaining human city, and its presence allows the "Guardians of the City"-the last defenders of the human race-the ability to wield an unknown power, only referred to as "The Light".
Upon mankind's first attempt to repopulate and reconstruct after the Collapse, it is discovered that hostile alien races have occupied mankind's former colonies and civilizations and are now encroaching upon the City. The player takes on the role of a Guardian of the City, and is tasked with reviving the Traveler while investigating and destroying the alien threats before humanity is completely wiped out. - เกม

it's surprising that after watching their first King's fall raid that before that point didn't say okay this guy is cannon this side and this guy is bomb so people knew to go and get a cannon.

Going back and seeing the thought process that went into the first raids is really interesting
They figure it out at 1:49:30 ish and don't finish it for over an hour.

They all passed through the server farm, little did they know that it would start what’s arguably the sickest quest in the Destiny franchise. What a trip watching this in 2020.
Their cooperation is amazing
Of all the raids, this is the one I remember the most, it was October 31st at 4:00 AM (I didn't played before because I was pretty stuck up with exams and homework and we all were in vacation) we did the raid incredibly fast (half an hour before facing Aksis) and we tried and tried the final boss but we kept wiping, we tried 'till 4:50 and we killed that bastard, it was beautiful, it was my first time doing that raid and I made it in Hard Mode.
I didn't went to sleep until 6:45 AM because we all were still excited trying out our new gear

This popping up on recommend when d2 is out bring back so many memories of going day 1 try to figure out how to do it was the best making new friends hits hard
Coming back so many years later this was the only raid i was able to play on release day so it made it my favorite such a fun dlc rise of iron was sickk

That Dead Orbit scout rifle is fantastic! Picked mine up the other day. Lots of people saying its one of the best if not THE best vendor weapon you can get. The thing works like a dream!

Aksis Phase 2 still has the greatest raid boss music of all time
Every time, EVERY TIME I watch one of these, someone comes up with the answer to a problem the team is facing, but the exact moment they go to tell everyone they all start fucking clamoring in the comms. EVERY TIME.
Anyone else notice that every boss fight for a raid in d1 has 2 phases, the alternate realities in vault, the witch in crota, daughters in kings fall, and aksis phase one in wrath
