In the beginning the slanted angle pillars are what they added to support the front balcony. In the back there are 2 more to support the back balcony as well.
I say bring the window down but that's up to you sis. Just like pictures should be at a certain height, the same applies to windows. It's coming along well.
I was very nervous at the beginning of this video, but happy I watched to the end. I am very happy for what you guys are accomplishing. Ya’ll continue to be an inspiration, this is very nice!!!!!!!!
It looks goood 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 I’m so happy for y’all. The vision is beautiful. We love to see it . 💜 I love it , I also wanted goats and chickens 😂 . It will be amazing . Get everything you want !
Awesome!! We are here in Ghana We Would love to meet you all for lunch or something. Cause we got questions about building trying to figure where to start.
Great progress guys. Here's my unsolicited two cents regarding the kitchen window; it's extremely easy to bring the window down so that you can enjoy the view and if that's what you want, please have it done.
@3:20 IMO, the Kitchen window above the sink is a little too high. 42 inches from the floor to the bottom of the window is OK, yours looks like 50 inches.
Indulge me again please 🙈. The front dining room can be opened up if you remove that corridor wall at the front entrance. You stand to gain a decent amount of dining space. You're right the builders tend to be boxed into their thinking and exposure and often want to do what they want within the boundaries of what they want and like; (they love them some walls for some reason 🙄). This options allows the front door remaining in its current place so as you walk in you get into the dining space and get a more open feel. Unless you want to separate the space, that wall is restrictive and robs you of the openness. It can be better utilized. Again; just my two cents and it is YOUR HOUSE. Get what you want devoid of the builder's preferences. They don't have to live there.
@BlackLove-Gh Thank you so much! Also, thanks for sharing the information about the indenture process. Is Shai Hills close to Accra? We are from Fort Texas. We moved to Cape Coast in February 2024. We purchased land near Asebu. We received our indentures and are now ready to register our land. Congratulations to the two of you on the progress of your home. It looks like it will be a peaceful place.
@@itscyberqueen13I am far from mean. I’m from the NORTH and was raised not to be anybody’s doormat. Enough is enough. How do you sound when someone takes advantage of you and you’ve been nice?
@@Shelbeysplace I don't know if they've been nice. This is the first video I am seeing. I was watching and enjoying and then suddenly it felt.. rude. Hopefully people skills are used. There is a way to talk to people without being disrespectful. We are coming home. We need to be able to communicate and understand each other. But I do agree that you should get what you paid for. 100% just not come off as rude is all. This is recorded so you need to know you are not in bed private with your husband. You should just know you are on a public platform and should take the high ground. You can say the same thing and not come off rude but still serious. She was not wrong for how she felt, I just felt it could have been worded differently.
Love the drone shot. Wow!
Whoa! I'm weeping a little. I'm so proud of you. I'm so happy for you! The place is huge. Awesome view from the second floor.
Thank you family and we can wait to move in. It’s really beautiful there
Thanks!

Can’t wait to watch, I’m glad your putting boots on the ground ❤
Lovely home! I was looking at the videos on Mr. Bright's channel. I'm sure it will be awesome when done. Good luck!
Thank you

Appreciate it brother, we’re almost at the finish line
All praise to Yahuah for that
Looks very nice, your kitchen window should go down a little!
Thank you
Great progress guys. Here's my unsolicited two cents regarding the kitchen window; it's extremely easy to bring the window down so that you can enjoy the view and if that's what you want, please have it done.
You are a shorter person, the countertop is usually 36 inches high (American Specs). The kitchen window is too high for you.
That Kitchen Window Need To Be Lower To See Outside 👀 She Need To Able To See Outside Even Though She Is Short
@AfricanUSA-th9ov yes
Bring the kitchen window down. Trust me
That's a big house 🏠.
Your kitchen window must go down to see what is going on around
@3:20 IMO, the Kitchen window above the sink is a little too high. 42 inches from the floor to the bottom of the window is OK, yours looks like 50 inches.
I’m not sure if it’s 50 inches but the floor screeding and tiling will bring the floor up a little higher right
@@BlackLove-Gh Ok, the builder would need to take that into consideration.
Look at this roof 😍😍😍
We getting there family
Brighter days are definely ahead. Didn't you guys have a hidden roof installed?
lol yes, this was before they did the roof
That was wat am about to say.
We tried getting in touch with B & C Constructions, but their cell is not working

Thank you for watching and recommending a solution to more openness!
Where are you building? Who is the contractor building your home?
We are building in Shai Hills and we recommend B&C Construction. Bright&Clara’s is his TH-cam channel

@@BlackLove-Gh 😐 It's how mean and/or aggressive, the tone is.
