Trust me you can't charge more than 1% of battery in 10 hrs using this charger.this solar panel can't able to provide enough current to charge your phone . If you replace it with a bigger one. 7805 will heat up very badly. If you change it with a buck convertor may be you can charge your phone full in 10hrs becoz you have cut data lines . In a branded charge these lines are shorted together.
You need to use a big size solar panel and use a buck convertor at the place of 7805.

You need a diode in series. You will charge 1% phone battery in 10 hours. Trust me I've been used same solar panel.
