  • The smallest things have the biggest influence. Ever thought about algae? You can imagine this little organism as “canned solar energy”. Maybe you are eating fish, because they are so rich of omega-3 fatty acids. That is true, but the fatty acids in the fish originate from the algae the fish is eating. So why killing the fish for Omega-3 fatty acids - we should take the direct road and use algae.
Silvia Fluch is biologist and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ecoduna produktions GmbH for larges-scale algae cultivation.

Truth remains the truth. Algae is such a wonderful gift from nature that was in existence even before human beings.
Such a wonderful presentation of facts and figures, no one should deny. If people try to adopt certain practices, it will help the socity and nature.
I use Spirulina for more thn thre years, am not on continuous medication. Of course, I also use Ganoderma, the king of herbs as well.
    My appreciations to the presenter.
    Thank you!

100% agree that algea is much better at making oxygen than trees and such. I 100% agree with her stating that there are more nutrients in the beginning of the food chain than the last and a lot of more nutrients per.
I 100% agree that we all need to eat algea as a protein supplement. Not dryed up eat it straight up them living not dead. They live in water not dry places. Less nutrient in the ones that are dry fldefeating the purpose

There are at least 30,000 species of algae, and some of them absolutely produce omega-3 fats. Schizochytrium species of algae produce DHA omega-3, and Nannochloropsis species produce EPA omega-3.
