I always throw mine on the grill and over cook it. How does the truck smell after cooking salmon in the truck. By the way I’m a local driver so I don’t have the same issues as you guys do. I was OTR for 10 years but didn’t eat this way.
I made salmon patties in the truck once, and immediately thought it was a and idea when I opened the canned salmon. Turned out the smell didn't linger too bad. I've found that the key to keeping the food oder down is to open windows and vents when possible while cooking. I also have a small fan I hang in front of one of the sleeper vents as an exhaust fan. I also clean the dishes after I eat and take all trash out right away. I cook 99% of my meals in the truck. Much healthier, saves money and taste way better!
Tasty! Great minds think alike! We had salmon tonight too but we used the lunchbox cooker. I bet the pan fried tasted so good!
Yep, That looks 👀 tasty 👍
Do you wash the dishes in the truck or truck stop?
