“Let’s just pretend that didn’t happen” when you found the 2 same size circle punches, this is why I love your channel. I can’t think of many other TH-camrs that I would watch sorting their punches. But I get such a good laugh watching you. I love the EK slim punches too. One drawer limit for me because I never was a card maker. And I do have a Silhouette to do everything but the basic shapes. But you can’t beat the punches for scrap busting.
Love your punch organization video! I have a ton of punches as well! To help me remember what I have, I cut one of each out and glued it to a piece of card stock and hung it next to my desk! I love your punches!!
Thanks Katherine😊 thant sounds like a very good idea so you can see what you have. I still haven't made room for that standing desk yet😶and i've also now moved alot of the punches into one of those over door hangers. The jury is still out on wether or not i like them that way😅😊🤗💜
I very much look forward to your Friday Faffage. I think most people need to re-visit the items they have on a regular basis and discard what has been outgrown.
Omg....I think I have more°...including that fish bone one!...those stamping up pounches look good to me, and save space too! Oh crumbs...I think I need to sort my punches out too!
Oh, boy, I have gazillions of punches & I agree, I need to whittle down my collection, but you hit the nail on the head when you said, “what if I might need it?!” Are people who collect craft supplies called hoarders??!! Yikes! But now that I’m a junk journaler, I’m using much more of my stuff than I ever did as a rubberstamper & cardmaker!! I just can’t use all of it everyday!! I had also started to replace the hard-to-use punches with better designed punches, but didn’t get rid of the old ones. And those little teeny-tiny punches are a trap! I could make confetti, but it would take forever & my hands & wrists would ache for a long time. (Yep, they have to go!) I love my Martha Stewart & TH punches & also the newer EK Success! I found a series of sized circle punches on Amazon that look like yours. Are they the same? They’re flat like yours. And, yes, I’ve got dies too, but the punches are easier to grab. What a predicament! Thanks for a fun look-see into your craft room!! Erica❤
I enjoyed watching. Wow on all the punches. I keep hearing you say, you've been crafting a lot of years and built your stash. I refuse to pay 10-15$ for a circle punch lolol but boy do i want one 🤦. Hope all your punches went to lovely homes 😊
Hi love, to be honest i was the same and still am in alot of ways, it's only since doing it as a business that i get stuff like circle punches. If it saves me a decent amout of time and back ache i will deem it worth it, otherwise i won't. I remember my first sizzix die cutting machine that cost way too much. I justified the purchase by selling the shapes i cut out on ebay and then came the selling rabbit hole😅🤗💜
Lol I’ve only just found you on TH-cam Julie and love your style. I’m a fellow Yorkshirewoman so it’s like chatting to a friend. I’m going through your back catalogue and really enjoying it. Xx
Thanks Lisa, glad you're enjoying it. You'll be able to understand me when go all Yorkshire. I forget sometimes that people might not have a clue what I'm going on about😅😊💜
Punches are something I don't have a lot of, maybe 10-15 something like that. The reason I don't buy them is because I have nowhere to store them 😔 You did well getting down to 2 drawers! Proud of ya woman! 😆
Our tastes definitely change over the years and we also learn which tools are the best with experience. Most of my punches are EK Success/Stampin Up! so they are stacked nicely on my shelves. Glad you figured out the Tonic edge punches, I find it easiest to do use them flat on the table. x
Hi Angela. you can gladly have the ones i'm getting rid of for the cost of postage. If you message me on instagram or email me, i'll let you know what it would cost. If you're in the UK it shouldn't be too much at parcel rates😊💜
I don't think I have. As I have hoarding tendencies that I need to keep on top of. If I'm not sure whether to keep something I ask myself if I could replace it should I need to. If the answer is yes, I get rid and honestly I hardly have to replace stuff. Probably more than you asked for there 😅😁🤗💜
That is a perfect answer, and the idea of discerning if I could replace it if I needed to is actually a very good point and is going to be helpful to me as I try to get on top of my own hoarding tendencies! Thank you! @@CameliaCraftsDesigns
Friday Faffage…love it,😅

Julie, for sure!! I seem to move my stuff all the time!!

I am coming round to your way of thinking Alice. I don't have enough room to carry on being a keep it just in case person 😁😂💜

Thanks for watching Lucy😁💜

U had more fun than people should be allowed to have!!! Looolo
As a craft hoarder i surprised myself that i enjoyed getting rid of stuff!😅💜
I know I’m late to the party, but I need to go through my punches too. It’s really scary. 😮. Hope you were able to clear out that 5th drawer. TFS.

The Martha Stewart punches fold up at the side Julie. Love your collection and looking forward to seeing you using them on screen xx
Thanks Lisa😊💜
Sadly, my Martha Stewart punches don't fold, that's how long I've had them🙄😅😁💜

They are a pain to store Zoe. But now i have less the pain is less😂💜

You got an awesome punches collection ❤ punches are perfect for making small flowers👍❤ I have 4 only 🥴 but I got 100000000000000000 cutting dies 🥴😖😅😶
Thank you 😊💜 I'm planning to get them used for my Rose journal. Will also be using a few dies. I have a teeny mountain of them, 😘

Don't they just Lynda. I find it very difficult not to keep things 'just in case' 😊💜
Storing punches is a challenge. I could part with some of mine.
Yes Robin they are. Ideally i want mine on a shelf. If i can't see things i tend not to use them😊💜
I think I need to sort mine out too , you did well lol xx
Thanks Tracey. I feel the need to use them now😊💜
That was fun!! 😆 I have been trying to restrain myself on buying too many punches but it’s not easy. 😬
They're so tempting😊
I stick to basic shapes and tabs now🤗💜😊
Yes please if your selling any punches i would be interested xx

As someone who has gotten rid of stuff and then regretted it later, I was wondering if you ever wished you had kept any of these.
