I was part of an opening act to these artists way back in 2001 - we played a few rock songs from the 60s, and then we went and had a chat with the Shebang girls themselves, lol. They were quite crazy.
... I didn´t realize it was the Berlin wall that they ran along and had in the background *all through* the video -until now!!!!! Because I didn´t know they had actually painted the Berlin wall *ALL OVER* with political messages, grafitti and other sorts of art before they tore it all down...... I thought all that was - offcourse - forbidden. But offcourse it WASEN´T during the LAST time before they cracked it!... LOL, this was a funny insight*****!!!!!!!! : )
Eeeh. . The Berlin wall was actually TWO walls with a no mans land between. The wall along Eastern Berlin was clean as far as I know (you can't have such subversive culture in a dictatorship). But the the western wall was filled with graffiti in a resounding cry of rebellion against the whole thing for a long time, not only at the end.
It is interesting. It's not such a terrible song. But it just seems so counter to what the Ramones were about. On the other hand, the Ramones were carefully crafted showman.Joey did various experimentation and figured out that the best response came from standing at the mic stiffly etc. But of course they're whole image was pretty much the opposite of this. What's more, if you don't know the song, it pretty much sounds like a formulaic rocker turned out by some TV or movie studio performers.there really wasn't much to the Ramones music as they would be the first to admit. It was all about image and delivery. So, for the performance in general I would give them a solid b. For a performance of a Ramon song in this way, I'm afraid they get a d-minus only because I'm feeling generous today.
JustAnotherPunkKid det är ju dom som gjort intro låten till eva och Adam fyra födeksedagar och ett fiasko. du vet. "oh Romeo, where do you have a Juliet"
Om en 20 år gammal musikvideo går dig att skämmas över ditt ursprung så bör du nog vara den mest tunnhudade människan någonsin. Det där var nog den dummaste anledningen för något sådant jag någonsin har hört.
This is so early 2000's. Blarg
If you close your eyes, it sounds like something on a Disney kids show.
Captain Kirk lol sounds like high school musical
Great choice of cover, girls. The Ramones started punk. One of the best bands ever.

The western side didn’t own the wall and they all hated it. Sometimes guards would show up and then the graffiti artists would back
I like the dark haired girl.
Haha, jag är nöjd att jag faktiskt lyssnade på Wolfpack när jag var liten och detta gick på voxpop och ztv :D
