True, that is fair. But also, other means of improving your ship characteristics exist outside of unique commander procs (Arms race buffs and the recent ship buffs for clan battles, which made it into randoms and broke a few matches.). Simply put, E-sports ready.

Sure that happened in Randoms and not on any super competitive event, not yet. The exploit merely involved just a few clicks of a buttons, if that's a thing that can happen, surely the E-Sports ready game can have more.
