i love Michelle's honesty about financial stability of a guy really matter to her
Michelle speaking her truth about how she prefers attractive and financially stable men is truly admirable. Not everyone has the courage or the capacity to admit that even though deep down they know that they too prefer a good-looking and financially secure partner. Most of it is biology, and a part of it is just a matter of preference. And for some people, they can afford to have a preference, and for some, they just can’t because statistically, most attractive and wealthy people prefer other attractive and wealthy people…especially women. It is not uncommon for men to date or marry lower than them, but it is rare for a woman to do so. Michelle is attractive and successful, so it is natural for her to look for the same things in her mate.
Meh, ako bilang isang lalaki sakit sa tenga makarinig ng mga ganyan na babae na habol maraming pera. Yan mga babae na ganyan kapag ikaw wala ka ng pera iiwan ka na nyan. Ni minsan wala pakong narinig na lalake naghanap ng babae papakasalan tinitignan ang laman ng pera sa banko bago ligawan. Ako bilang lalake kahit pa yan babaeng walang pera kung mahal mo liligawan mo di mahalaga ang laman ng wallet. Laking turn off mga ganyan babae.
I mean anong biology? Pera biology? Diba artificial man made yan? Bakit diba kaya ng babae magkaron ng pera? Bakit attract na attrct kayo sa mga lalaking mayamn? Kaming mga lalake mapa wala kang pera, oh may pera ka liligawan ka namin. Pero kapag senyong mga babae masyadong mataas ang standards nyo? Kelangan may pera agad at meron naachieve na sa buhay? Diba mukang pera tawag dyan?
Tito ko mahirap at tita ko mayaman ni hindi tinignan ang estado ng buhay ng tito ko. Masipg lang ang tito ko at matyaga sa buhay . Kahit ang liit lang ng sahod sa fast food nandiyan siya lagi sa tabi ng tita ko nagluluto, nagaasikaso sa tita ko. Dipaba sapat senyong mga babae ang maging masipag at maalaga? Ang taas ng standards ng nagaagree dito sa guest ni Wil. Ako basta masaya akong kasama partner ko sa buhay okay nako kahit ano pang pagsubok yan basta magkasama kami. Pero iba iba ang tao, irerespeto ko ang pananaw ninyo na mas matimbang ang pera at estado sa buhay kumpara sa simpleng relasyon.

iba nman ung financially stable sa "mayaman".. di nman kailangan na mayaman ung lalake, ang importante is naghahanap sya ng way pra kumita at magkapera pra maging "stable".. malalaman nyo na importante ung maging stable kyo financially kung may sariling pamilya na kyo at wla ng nagpapalamon sainyo.
It’s her choice. She has her own standards which is good! It’s all about self respect meaning you’re not allowing yourself to take less what you deserve.

Ako lalake ako may pera, pero ni minsan hindi ko hinanap sa mga babae ang laman ng bank nya kung kapantay ba sakin or higit pa. Literally? Pano kapag naubos lahat ng pera ng asawa mo ano gagawin mo? Natiral iiwanan mo dahil pinakasalan mo siya dahil sa pera, status niya sa buhay. Iba parin ang relation na nabuo base sa purong pagmamahal na walang perang kinalaman.
@Napoleon Bonaparte I think depende sa tao yun. For you personally, hindi kailangan may pera yung babae. Choice mo yun. Me, it worked out kasi my husband is also ambitious. And I don't mean kailangan maging mayaman kami, but we would live a stable and comfortable life. Some people are content to a certain lifestyle, fine. But what will happen if one of y'all becomes disabled or worse, died? So nga-nga yung naiwan? Ultimately, nasasayo yung decision kung yung hanap mo is just "love". There's absolutely no problem with that, pero yung choice ni Michelle to look for someone who is financially stable, I would agree with her, especially if financially stable din sya. Kung gusto mo ikaw lang magsusupport financially, good for you 👍

Not hating on Michelle Dy's answer and not sure maybe she didn't articulate it well enough, but I really hate when girls put in "financially stable" as part of their criteria to get into a relationship with a guy or even date in the first place. Sorry I just hate it because for me I don't think that way about women. Money is just a tool and money doesn't dictate if you have the same "wavelength". Haven't we all seen rich and good looking couples ending up divorced or have parted ways after what, 2-3 or even 4-5, even 20+ years? Therefore it doesn't follow. Then again, kanya kanyang preference yan and I will respect that.
I remember a friend of mine who I know is very smart, above average looking and a very kind person but was struggling in life due to certain personal and family issues that's why he had not "established" himself yet. I introduced him to a friend of mine and let's call her the "IT" girl, who has a lucrative job and who I thought was mature enough and probably compatible enough with my friend and they dated once. I asked her bakit hindi na kayo lumabas ulit and she was like, "well may itsura siya ha, smart kasi ganda ng usap namin but when I found out from him that he has no work at wala pa siya masyado na accomplish sa buhay, I told him after na I can''t date a guy like that because it won't work" blah blah blah. After a year more or less, "IT" girl found out that my guy friend had started running a lucrative business. You know what she did? She called my guy up, small talk blah blah what was he up to baka pwede labas daw sila blah blah blah. Then my guy said "sorry I already have a girlfriend". What "IT" girl didn't know was, he met his girlfriend probably about a month or so after they dated. His girlfriend was at that time they first dated, already has a business of her own and a few properties here and there. When I first found out that my guy friend had a GF, sabi ko agad sa kanya "dude buti hindi ka ulit na friendzoned, alam mo naman yung sinabi sa iyo nung nireto ko sa iyo". And he was like "well, she believed in me and in what I was capable of", something in those lines. And he never asked anything from her, not even money! Sabi ko nga sa kanya, pakilala mo nga ako sa girlfriend mo, tas biniro ko totoo ba yang babae yan baka gawa gawa mo lang ha. Langya pagkita ko, his GF was WAAAYY HOTTER than than IT girl. And you can see in his GF's eyes that she was happy.
I understand where Michelle is coming from but I don't necessarily agree with her. Siguro if she said "tamad" yung guy, yan agree ako diyan. Then again, even lazy people given the right motivation, might end up being more productive later on. Just saying.
