    You guys are great! But I would have commented that the bath fan vent should be insulated also, in cold climates, I have seen a lot of condensation problems in bath fan vents and ceilings

      In a lot of cases, your luck if they have the vent going to the outside. Mold problems in an attic migrate to the living space.

    If you want could you remove some of the insulation where he entered to use some of that attic space for storage?

      Adding insulation is better.

    I didn’t see him check the attic for ridge vent being properly cut for ventilation, did I miss something?

    How do you inspect entire attic around the vents if you cant get close to them?

      It's definitely a restricted inspection.

      @@internachi Kinda sucks with blown in insulation. Hard to inspect properly after. We also go blown in insulation but I need to get in there and check for leaks during a rainstorm. Any suggestions on how to navigate up there ?
