Wow thank you for this video! This one looks sooo cool!!! Whenever you post a new video I get excited for the possibility of a new game I've never heard of. Games like this are exactly why I follow your page. Keep up the great work!
Glad you enjoyed! Thank you so much for the kind words and the motivation to share more of these types of games. Much appreciated :) I hope you get to try this game soon!!
Awesome! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My wife and I play this on the couch quite a bit. Just make sure to use that variant game with 2p. 😃 Thanks for the comment!
Regarding the board game the sole review of the game on BGG describes one of the actions as "First the knights are presented to the CPU by placing them on the starting space with one hand and pressing (rather touching) a button at the same time with the other hand. This causes a small current to run through your body, and the rules actually warn people with a pacemaker to play the game - they might be killed by playing it! Thus the danger and thrill of Arthurian times is reflected in the game design…" Could be why you don't hear a lot about the game.
Another thing I noticed is there was a reprint of the board game in 2014, where they used some sort of app or smartphone tech. That version looks equally obscure and hard to find, but maybe it solved the pacemaker issue haha.
Yea, I saw that they were using a cellphone to read the dice that you rolled to tell you the result. Looked very cumbersome and distracting. Luckily that didn't catch on.@@undiscovered_games
I don't know if it's in your settings on your channel or just some TH-cam glitch, but when I click to add some of your older videos to my watch later folder it doesn't give me that option. It only let's me download or share. Just FYI. Love what you're doing by the way. It's nice to see someone talking about these older games with all the cult of the new going on.
Thank you for the info and the kind words regarding my channel! I'll definitely look into that. I am not aware of a setting on my end that would affect your ability to add videos to your watch list. I do know there is a limit to videos you are allowed to have on your watch later list, but that's the only thing I could think of that would be causing that?? I wonder if you are watching it through the TH-cam Podcast playlist, if that might affect something? I'll see if I can find out anything. Also, I appreciate the comment; the cult of the new is definitely getting out of control these days! So many amazing games have been forgotten or lost in the mix. I'm trying to do my part to keep some of them relevant.
I can see that a little bit now that you mention it! It doesn’t really have the engine building feel of Splendor, but qualifying for those scoring cards feels similar to getting the nobles in Splendor. And also reserving the enemy cards with the seals. Thanks for the comment!

This looks wonderful! Thank you for sharing & teaching it so eloquently! My hubby and I love a good couch game. I’ll be adding this to my wish list!!!

This looks fantastic! Shocking how Knizia is so good at this!
It’s such a great design! He truly is a master of taking colors and numbers and turning them into something unique and interesting every time.

Wow haha thank you for that info! I knew there was an electronic component but I didn’t look too far into it. Better safe than sorry I guess. 😎

Why would they make a game like that? lol
You got a nice voice for podcasts.
Thank you! I have a bit of experience because I used to work in radio :)

Looks kind of similar to Splendor

I searched the comments to make sure someone didn't already comment this as I was gonna say the same thing.
