The first sentence is perfect! The second sentence is almost correct:) When describing a photo, it is used the ているform instead of dictionally form. So in this case,''持っています" is good instead of "持ちます" . Thank you for your comment!:)
Ohh, yes, indeed! I said “ビデオ” without thinking, but surely when I think of it, it is more natural to say “動画” these days when it comes to TH-cam and Instagram videos etc... Sorry for the confusion! I just feel that even now there is a mix of people saying “動画” and “ビデオ”. I usually read and use English a lot, so I might have had the English meaning of “video” in mind. Thanks for watching!:)

It’s really depends on person, but according to the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the United States, it typically takes around 600 to 800 hours of study to become proficient in everyday Japanese conversation. :)

「（ビーチの）真ん中でしゃがんでいます」この場合は、ビーチで「しゃがむ」というアクションをしているので「で」を使うのがいいですね：）
