To be honest, sometimes I understand but most times I don’t, this despite many years of studying. If I want to write or say something, I can usually put together the right words but listening is a whole different story.
Same exact problem here. I practice with phone calls sometimes, but I always have to ask them to repeat themselves, and we end up speaking in English again. It's sad, and sometimes I want to give up. But I suppose that's just the road we've chosen picking a language so vastly different from English, we'll never really get as good as we could in a closer language. I think it's just about accepting you'll never be as good as you hoped, but trying to make something of it regardless.
I think this video would be N5~n4 level. But I didn't use that many kinds of N4 level grammar. Maybe a little bit easier. Sometimes, however, there is a little bit of N3 level grammar (e.g.,というより) That’s good that you could understand a lot !! :) Thank you for watching!
