Instead of a new 250. I would say just go with the KTM 300 2 stroke, it’ll change it up a little bit but be about the same.

I had one em when i was younger, they were always top dollar, n usually thru 30 people hands lol.
Most, were all chromed out n new looking. N they spit rocks like a mf'er on the coal banks here in pa.
They'd climb any hill u put em on, n i was able to slide that thing around corners on pavement like i was the man.

@@collins1775 that’s because a raptor 700 was designed for the trails not for racing, although a 700 is faster it is only faster in the long run after the engine is able to build up enough revs to get it there, a yfz450 is designed to race, it’s nimble, light, and made to rev fast and high, the only way a 700 beat a renegade was because roof how heavy a rebadged it but a yfz is lighter than a 700 and revs quicker therefore it will get off the line faster in stay in that power, I bet a yfz would beat a renamed any day. I rest my case.

I’m really thinking you should invest in one of those 350 four stroke enduro Ktms. You don’t see em all too often and it could be a cool bike to try. Will not live up to the 250 though 😢

Next, you have $20,000 left. You need to purchase a Ducati hypermotard. That about $10000. Then with the other $10,000 you should get another woods bike and build it!!!
