Maserati needs a full make over, anyone who pays over $100,000 for that and not get a Porsche is nuts, I have a 2017 Ghibli SQ4, it drives great, no issues and the sound is awesome, but I would have never bought it new. It has no lane change assist, no nothing. Maserati should never expect $87,000 for a stripped car. It’s ridiculous. Here are my solution for Maserati. 1.The ghibli is a stupid name, remains me of the throat of a chicken, I removed all the ghbli names off mine. It should be named Quatroporte, and the Quatroporte should be called the the Quatroporte long base, it’s the same car, only longer. 2. Every Maserati should have a harmon Kardon radio standard, it should have heated steering wheels and lane assist etc. THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A STRIPPED MASERATI! 2. Pricing “ghibli” are priced wrong, they end up giving big discounts anyway. Price the Ghibli at $70,000 loaded. The special editions should be $80,000. The Quatroporte long base should be $100,000. 3. All Maserati should have a 6 year 100,000 mile transferable warranty, to expel the unreliability issue. 4. All maintenance cost should be covered for first 3 years. They will sell 20,000 plus in the US yearly with my formula.
1 - Ghibli is a name of a wind, same as Levante and other models in the past...Bora, Shamal you name it 2 - Current Ghibli (serie 3) has nothing to do with its heritage: previous models were a 2 door coupè 3 - Still no sport cars, being the MC20 a limited production yet to begin 4 - I had this conversation with the company many times in the past in Modena: their answer was "this is what the customers want and other makes walk on the same path" 5 -I do not think these new models will keep their value in coming years: too much plastic and electronic stuff. People are supposed to drive: for play station there is a comfy couch at home
I would have preferred Maserati to use the name of it's past models such as: Merak, Khamsin, Bora, Kyalami etc.... nicer sounding names prettier looking.
Never rev the motor on any vehicle when it's parked. It's bad for the motor. Also don't turn your steering wheel when a vehicle is parked, always thy to let the vehicle roll slowly. It better on your tires, alignment and steering components.
June 9, 2021 can't get here fast enough. The 2018 granlusso was the worst vehicle I've ever leased. Problems from day one. Truly believe that owners are paying for the motor because it's just a jeep with a Ferrari engine.
I love Maserati, will buy another one soon. This time it will be the Trofeo model.
Still gorgeous
Looks stunning Ron!
Best wishes for you and your family for 2021 and hoping it’s a better year for everyone.
Very thorough detailed review.
Ron bundles up with jacket and ski hat....and its 68F ! LOL! Just kidding you Ron! Good review.
Looks great!! Just a shame they didn't change the dashboard to fit the new screen and the wireless charger. It would be sick.

@@marcomarco6430 “Ghibli” doesn’t sound good to Americans, the translation is poor.

Very very nice 👍
If it's an S model, why doesn't the rear badge have SQ4 on it?
They removed an S for an agreement with Audi
@@ale55026 I’d feel pretty ripped off with that, it was one of the main distinctions that you spent a bit more compared to the 350 or diesel variant!
Ron, can you do a video for the Levante sport ?
i will be there in 40 minuts
nice presentation
Super video
Nice 🤙🏻💪🏻👍🏻 my favorite Maserati is the Quattroporte grand sport 💪🏻
Excellent choice me too

Not bad 💥🔥
I prefer alfa romeo Stelvio quadrifoglio
Front style YES, rear style NO.
Those rear lights remind of Korean designed cars /SUV
WOW😛
Even the new Fiat 500 electric has better infotainment.
these new rear lights are too generic imo the older ones u know its a maserati when u see one now it looks like a ford or something

Help super car blond out she knows nothing about cars
Maserati must stop with the ugly chrome grills. All black grills look way better.
Drive it off the dealership lot and lose 30% in value right away..... and it’s only downhill from then on! 😆😆😆
And how is that not different from any other car? 😂
Only Horses and Bull go up in price every year
убогий салон)
Yet another overpriced Chrysler. Plus that infotainment system is extremely slow and laggy. A $10k Jetta has a faster touch response!
Ferrari engine!! that's what you're paying for! infotainment who cares? this is not Lexus or Tesla! old skool is best!
clown moment
You clearly have not been been in one. 😂
