I represented myself and I got an Acceptional hardship. Went on the stand myself and I was shaking but I got through it and the judge came back with a good news. Crazy experience. On my first time. Speeding and driving without insurance was my offence

Lawyers do more harm than good in a lot of the cases.

So much of this assumes you actually committed the crime, what if you didn't? See, this is why people despair at getting legal advice in the UK, even your own legal representative presumes you're guilty.

Hi. Thanks for getting in touch. You can apply for your licence back under Section 42 RTOA 1988. It usually only requires a single court hearing. I'd be happy to explain the process. You can call on 01514228020.

3 out of 3 solicitors lied to me in one case, this is passive manipulation !
