In this introduction to our Pantanal Jaguar Safari, I chat about how to get there, what to expect and the cost and inclusions of our trip. Yes, we did end up having 38 Jaguar sightings in 5 days on the river. Slowest day was 3, biggest day, 12. Beyond our wildest dreams.

We stayed at: Pousada Berço Pantaneiro - Ninho do Jaguar - Also shows as Cradle Pantaneiro Inn and Berco Pantaneiro Inn on their website......a bit weird.
My partner also has a Tripadvisor review under Nicole S August 2024. Says 50% deposit but it is 25%.

We did not take a taxi. Our Pantanal tour included private return transfers from Cuiaba to Porto Jofre, so included in the total price.
