The subject was one topic, and she tried to derail it to prove a point: nothing moves without our party's approval. And that, is not democracy.

She asked the chair a question, which included the description of "bleach blonde bad built butch body." Her question did not break the committee's rules. The only member to break the committee's rules (in this instance) by making a derogatory comment toward another member was Marge Greene who directed her comment about "fake eyelashes" at Ms. Crockett specifically.
Ms Greene did not mention fake hair, only eyelashes.
