Class, Steve, i am planning on a move back up north next year & am doing the YNE in October (very similar "goals" to you) really good to see you back in the fold.
It sure is. I'd defo recommend The Lake House too. One that I didn't mention and kicking myself now because it's actually one of my favourite movies is 500 days of summer
Go beyond the labels doctors use and learn about your darkest sides so that you can use them to your benefit. I made a playlist on the MASTERY ORDER channel called "Welcome To The Dark Side" with ideas that have helped me not fall pray to my own demons. Maybe it will be useful to you as well. I salute you fellow powerlifter. May your demons bring you back to the performances from the past and beyound. All the best to you on your preparation.
Thank you and very glad to hear you're overcoming your demons. I actually don't mind labels. As long as you don't let it be an excuse for your behaviour or use it to define your actions I'm Bipolar, understand the traits that come with my mix of that and live in a way to minimise them. But everybody is different and adapts differently
@@screamermanuel That is the best approach. I wish you strength and an injury-free journey towards your next powerlifting meet. Looking forward to seeing great numbers from you again. All the best to you!
