Pretty nice. I always say though, negotiate a better price, they will ALWAYS ask top dollar but if you pay it you are hurting the locals and their rental market options. We've seen Americans do this to other American cities, don't go do it to other countries too. Say no to the Gentrification of Egypt, go live like a local, never over pay.
Oh God no, i would never live like the locals in Egypt. That's rough living. And you are not going to be comfortable. I mean there is local then there is local.
Unfortunately it is the greedy landlords that jack the prices up and shut out their own people because they know that they can. They are initially to blame. Expats only have choices from what’s available.
I don't like property finder because the agent uses it as a strategy to get clients. Then they starting asking your budget and such questions without even mentioning the apartment you inquired about.
@@jhacomeemo8130 aqarmap gives the option of dealing directly with the renter. This also enables you to cut out the agent fee of 1 month's rent that Eddie never mentions:)

This is so true.
Good idea, But in reality the type of places a local would stay and where an american would stay in most cases differ dramatically.

If the photo is distorted and stretched out, avoid that. It will look much smaller in person.
