It wasn`t done by only one hand. Look again where his other hand is while throwing his opponent. He is very slick.

Legend
Tadahiro trained at my college for a year in the early 2000's at SF State. I was lucky enough to do tandoori with him. Of course he was patient and kind with his skills against me. It was an honor.
08:53 Under the new 2018 judo rules, Nomura would have been penalized for picking up the opponent's pants instead of winning. Many of us believe that the new rules are a disgrace and are not justified.

Kano Jigoro understood physics of motion and so the technics or waza he created are based on that logics. Japanese training are faithfully done in respect to that teaching. the beauty of the many Japanese judoka's comes from the beauty of physics of motion !

野村さん尊敬してます！オリンピック視てました😆3連覇って凄すぎて表現できない😇表彰台乗るだけでもすごいのに。世界中が1番注目して1番観る大会で3連覇はほんとすごい。周りはメダルとれるかとれないかでしか見ない。辛いけどそれが現実って太田さんが言ってましたね。
