Hi I love your products, but your shipping to europe is atrocious. I tried buying some of the colourant blocks and the shipping was 250 dollars for one tiny cube. Can you please ask the shipping department of the company to do something? Its ridiculous and Id love to be able to actually buy something from you again. I bought a kit for christmas and had to ship it via an american friend because again the shipping was in hundreds of dollars (while shipping around the US was free :/)

As a soapmaker too, "prep work makes the idea work.... sometimes" is definitely a saying I've learned. Prep is really important! If you forget something and start the process, it can ruin your batch as you run to grab it. Seriously. XD

Bisexual is attraction to two or more genders
Pansexual is attraction to all genders without preference
In neither of those definitions does it exclude trans people, and while the two are similar, the difference does matter to some people.

@@oneubemochi if anything pansexual people are _less_ transphobic (though neither pansexual or bisexual orientations are inherently transphobic). I don't personally feel like there is much of a difference between the two so I identify as bisexual even though I'm also attracted to non-binary and trans people (because again, bisexuality doesn't inherently exclude anyone from that attraction in my opinion), but to some people the label does have more meaning to them (and that's totally valid, I'm not saying that just because there isn't really a difference to me personally that others don't feel a difference). I guess one of the issues people can have with the term "bisexual" is that it seems binary due to the attraction to two (bi) genders, when in reality there aren't only 2 (so the term "pansexual" evolved to be more encompassing). I hope that clears it up a little bit :)
