I love seeing how you eat healthy. I have been following your channel mostly because I stumbled across your "lazy and quick meals "and by copying several of them I've been able to lose 40 pounds over the last year. I was 380 and have a long way to go but too many TH-camrs make overly complicated meals for weight loss. I've always loved traders hoers and being able to see exactly what you buy and cook give me inspiration.
I love your content so much It’s not only so confronting to watch, it’s just so chic just like your outfits. your look between 19:30 - 20:15 is magnificent. Your look is the answer to the question of what is pure beauty💛❤
So happy to hear you discuss two things that are extremely important to Women! Voting and eliminating toxic products. I started this about a year ago and am slowly figuring it out. I appreciate any information you can provide on healthy products. 👍🏻😊
Hi! I switched to non-toxic cosmetics about a year ago, and I’d love to share a few things I’ve learned along the way: Don’t trust brands as a whole-only individual products. Even if a brand markets itself as “natural” or “healthy,” usually only a few of their products truly meet non-toxic standards. Sometimes, even within the same product line, you’ll find a mix of safe and not-so-safe options. I actually use a lot of affordable or very inexpensive products now (often cheaper than what I used before!). You’d be surprised how many products that don’t label themselves as “natural” or “non-toxic” are actually safe to use. One major thing to look out for is microplastics. It’s shocking how much of it is in cosmetics. In makeup, it's in about 99.5% of products, and it’s also very common in creams, toners, etc. (probably around 80% of those products contain it). Reading every ingredient list to find the safe 1% would almost be a second job! So I wouldn’t expect to manage by just recognizing a few unwanted ingredients-it’s much more complex than it seems. I’d really recommend finding a dedicated “enthusiast” on TH-cam (not a dermatologist, as many are sponsored by brands, but someone with a background in cosmetology and a bit of chemistry) who knows ingredients well and shares non-toxic product recommendations. There are people like this, even though I follow Polish creators due to the products I have access to here. They stay up-to-date on new products, read every ingredient list in detail, and share which products are safe and which aren’t, which helps me put together my own non-toxic collection. It can feel overwhelming at first and definitely takes discipline and minimalism, but it’s worth it. So I highly recommend finding a trusted “enthusiast” and sticking to their advice. Take care! 😊
Hi!! This is all really helpful, thank you for sharing your findings. I totally agree with you about not trusting brands as a whole and think it's a great idea to find a 'source' to help with narrowing down the correct products to use. I'm going to continue doing research and feel free to share any creators with me here too, would love to check them out :)
Hi Daphne how are you happy Saturday night to you and happy Weekend and happy belated Halloween night to you and I enjoy your channel and you are amazing supporter
8:30 Do you have stains on skin under armpits after applying deodorant? How often do you use deodorant during the day? How often do you wax/shave armpits so your skin looks that smooth?
No stains because it's a clear deodorant, which I really appreciate. I use it 2x a day, and I did laser so I actually don't have to do a lot of maintenance xx
What are you using to vet your products? I am so curious as there are many sites and apps that do this supposedly. Seems dubious as a skeptic. It isn't for everyone, but I am a huge fan of RMS for makeup. They definitely use coconut, but I don't have that allergen surprisingly.
Please vote people if you can Whoever wins I Hope the WAR stops. Watching News on TH-cam about Shaban Ahmads way of dying - being burned alive is the most heartbreaking thing, he was such a beautiful soul downloading videos on here and Instagram. Innocent kids are getting killed or their parents and friends or just lose body parts and now they're disabled they'll be traumatised for the rest of their lives. All WARs need to stop and not be supported. just imagine for 3 minutes you're there and running away from bombs:( Please vote for the right person...

I'm not a woman, but I'm voting for Kamala. And by not voting for Trump I'm sort of eliminating a toxic product.
Love being caught up with your life🙂❤ Thx for always sharing your valuable thoughts!✨🫶🏼
Your vlogs hit diff in the fall!!!

I'm happy to see you again, Let's watch this video. By the way, I hope you have a great weekend.
I love the Native deodorant. Tried many natural deodorants but I find it actually works :)
Great! I'll have to try that one next :)
Thanks Daphne❤
Do you reapply sunscreen throughout the day, or just put it on in the morning?

Highly recommend Juice Beauty skincare. It’s organic and the products work wonders ✨
Thank you!! Will check them out x
Great content!
Love your vlogs
Thanks, I'll order that deodorant as I've been looking for a new one

I like RMS too! I have 2-3 apps that I'm using, plus looking into individual ingredients. I like the OnSkin app, I also use Yuka and Think Dirty.
Just curious…where r u from? I’m first generation in America. My mom is Danish & came to America when she was almost 30 & met my father.
Nice! I'm Dutch on both sides, but moved to Canada when I was 7 :)
Totally beautiful woman like you is very skin deep
