Su's vocals are incredible of course and I'm loving Moa's parts (give it a few more listens - you will hear her). I understand exactly what you mean about all 3 songs so far sounding like they are the same band on the same album - that is what other bands do, BABYMETAL normally mix things up so much more. Maybe they will surprise us - the song 'METALIZM' may be the exception.
Great reaction, thanks! "Metal Kingdom" is a pretty cool album opener and Su's vocals are really amazing. And with those chants and all the epicness involved, just imagine it live. The concept album thing (in theory) only has to affect to the general theme (or concept) of all the songs, not the style of the music itself. I personally find the three songs released till date different but I get what you mean. Well, I expect something crazier later... probably the song called "METALIZM"... who knows... I cannot wait for the album release and to visit your country next May to see them live. 😁
Su sounds heavenly on this track, I don't think it's an exaggeration to say it's the best I've heard her. This is their first concept album as you mentioned, that's why it has a cohesive theme/sound. I think it might initially be a jarring experience for some fans. I don't think Moa wants to have a bigger vocal role based on interviews in magazines. You will see the fruits of her labor once they hit the stage again, I'm sure she has worked as hard as Su.

I understand exactly what you mean about all 3 songs so far sounding like they are the same band on the same album - that is what other bands do, BABYMETAL normally mix things up so much more. Maybe they will surprise us - the song 'METALIZM' may be the exception.
I think people need to remember that The Other One is a concept album and that is likely why the songs sound similar, to keep the experience cohesive.
