Rule 10 is fine until you've built up so much cash that the board give you a 'required' objective of spending the transfer budget, seen that one before! 😄
Enjoyed last years series, even had a go myself and loved it! Btw which skin is that? Personally i love to see the backgrounds, CM from the mid 90s is the reason for that and it is hard to shake off
Thank you my friend. I was thinking back to the two seasons at Dortmund and although most signings qualified under the Moneyball rules, I spent so much more than we brought in. This should keep me on a more sustainable track.
Indeed that should always be the idea. Bringing in more than you take out. It shouldn't just be about player resale values but how much revenue have you generated
Might be on my own in this but I find the backgrounds make it difficult to see what's on the screen. The trophy when looking at players lists I found especially bad. Looking forward to the series though! After finding it last year I like how it's different and stands out against the usual lollijo, Dr benjy etc
That's totally fair, wanted to give it a try with the backgrounds but I'm not convinced myself either! The next episode will have them in as it's already recorded but I'll probably swap them back out after that. thanks for watching, I hope the series lives up to your expectations 😊
@gamestellstories I did like how it was a throw back to championship manager though and I do think one of your strengths is a willingness to try new and different things
Most of them were taken from The Numbers Game and Soccernomics (two great books) but also a couple of adaptations of my own after trying it out last year on FM23
What do you think of this year's Rules of Moneyball? And who else do you think we should be moving on to free up some wages? Let me know below...

Ah yes, good shout. I'm planning to spend it all on improving facilities though so hopefully that will distract them for a few years!

Thanks so much for watching, I hope this year's series will be even better! It's the Sas24 skin, one of the best ones out there 😊
Rule 10 a new one,nice 👌.

Was Whittaker in the GTS Culture series? The name sounds familiar
Excellent memory! Yes, I think he was but never really made it into the team as a regular
Out of interest where did you get the rules from ? Did you create them ?
