Great video again, Eric. Absolutely love your content. I have experienced myself, as a consultant/developer, the problems that arise when there is not a well-defined data migration strategy. Not so long ago I found myself fixing a very complex data migration performed by an external provider. To be honest, there was fault at both sides: external provider and the company I was working on back then. And love that you mention the Adoption considerations in the beginning. It's one the most important phases and where I see most companies cut corners in (which can put the whole go-live in jeopardy). Some years ago I had the pleasure to attend an ADKAR-based training delivering by a Microsoft practitioner who completely opened my eyes and that has made me a much better consultant.
